Stayed for a night with my family. The room was super clean, and we had a nice view! Just a short walk from the train station and easy to get to major sights. Loved the breakfast with plenty of options. Just wished the water pressure in the shower was better. Big plus was the welcoming staff who really made us feel at home!

My stay was filled with warmth and personal touches! The staff was simply amazing, especially Cristiano, who organized a special cake for my husband’s birthday breakfast. The breakfast was top-notch, with an incredible spread of croissants, fresh fruit, and a perfect rooftop view, it felt like a culinary hug to start the day!

The room was quiet and beautifully designed! The rainfall shower was simply fabulous, and the views were a real treat. Plus, it was conveniently close to the train station, which saved us a lot of time!

But good luck finding a spot to park or not waiting for the ancient elevator! I felt like I was on a treasure hunt for breakfast!

The staff at Hotel Alinari made our experience truly memorable. Their warmth and personal touches made us feel at home, especially when they organized a surprise cake for my husband's 40th birthday. Breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic selection that started our days off right.

However, the triple room felt a bit cramped for our family of five.

I appreciated Cristiano's help in arranging a connecting room for my family, which showed real care for our needs. However, the hotel safe felt lightweight and easily portable, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi details weren’t readily available in my room, causing a bit of a hassle to access. Overall, the warmth of the staff and the amazing breakfast made my stay enjoyable although there are minor areas for improvement.
