The property was pleasant with courteous staff, I truly enjoyed the stay. the breakfast choices were varied and excellent with a beautiful view, tasty breads, and juices. the location was excellent and unbeatable, so close to the train station.

It's a a decent size hotel, rich breakfast. Helpful personnel is apart from one older staff member. Our venue is set in a very central location next to the main train station of Florence and all major attractions and Resturant. The restaurant attached makes healthy food.

Recently renovated and spacious rooms with a nice view, offering a delicious and healthy breakfast selection. Rewritten: the rooms here are newly renovated and roomy with lovely views, plus they serve a varied and delicious healthy breakfast.

The hotel location was close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel was close to Florence train station which meant that we could take our bags to the station and not worry about taxis. Continental breakfast was good and you could order a cappaccino or expresso. We loved the old fashioned lift as it reminded us of the old movies.

The welcome we recieved on the first day was not great but the following 2 days the staff were very friendly and helpful and we did enjoy our visit to Florence.

The hotel is conveniently located near Firenze, the train station, and the city center. the rooms were newly remodeled, well-furnished, and had a nice view. - the hotel provided a wake-up service.

Overall - pleasant and wonderful place with experienced staff apart from one older staff member. Particularly good and stunning location in the busy area, just off major attractions, both a railway station and the city centre and the San Lorenzo market. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a cubical shrine.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and gentile staff.

The hotel was clean and I booked a suite with lovely views of the inner courtyard. Everything was great! the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the old town. It served as a wonderful base for exploring the charming area.

Breakfast: very good, meat, cheese,bread, fruit, pastries, yoghurt, etc. View of duomo from breakfast area. Room: bed comfortable, small refridgerator, air-conditioning, clean, good water pressure in shower.

the towels were thin like table-cloths instead of fluffy. the hotel itself is up on the 4th floor (with elevator and stairs). no view from room.

Great location and the rooms have been recently renovated, offering nice views. 🌟
